Valbona joined Lundin PLLC in July 2025 as an Analyst. She is responsible for reviewing and analyzing documents related to structured finance trusts and other complex financial instruments.
Valbona earned her first law degree from the University of Tirana, Albania. After graduating, Valbona served for many years as a judicial law clerk at the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime in Tirana, assisting judges with legal research, case preparation, and court proceedings.
After relocating to New York, Valbona pursued her passion for law by earning an LL.M. in International Business and Trade Law from Fordham University School of Law. Following her graduate studies, she worked with the New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG) in the Consumer Protection Unit’s Taxi Advocacy Project, where she assisted taxi medallion owners in restructuring their loans under the city’s Medallion Relief Program, a post-pandemic initiative designed to help yellow cab drivers recover financially.
Fluent in English, Valbona is a native Albanian speaker.
